Policies for an inclusive ethos

The center that I am based link with some Boston team of psychologist ever new intake of students. These psychologist assess the children to see if they have any learning delays, for children with learning disabilities, self-awareness (knowledge about strengths, weaknesses, and special talents) and self-confidence are very important. Struggles in the classroom can cause children to doubt their abilities and question their strengths.
