From the teachers perspective the teachers worked together, shared ideas and activities. They discussed their reflections on the activities and how they were experienced by the learners. After their meeting and discussion, they used what they had learnt to plan more activities

 The contribution of the researchers is that the research team found that during this time, teachers revamped their teaching practices.  They stopped thinking of it as a particular teaching method and started to focus more carefully on their learners and how they experienced the lesson.
