3.9: Monitoring tools

Both resources I read is very familiar to the school that I'm in, they demonstrates the majority of the traits. The traits in the second resource I will say is much more helpful, the points are very easy and simple to follow.

I agree they have been summarized quite well and are a good resource to use as monitoring tools
