In my overall view of this course it very clear it is important to have all stakeholder performance towards creating a school where objective and goals are archevied.  The term "It takes a village to raise a child" well it takes the dedication and vision of the community for the development  for contiunued sucess of a school. Each one is responsable for there role and funcation. External help is much needed, continued profesional develop of staff, valued ethos, regular observation and assessnent and a currículum thats facilates all learners are impertive in the development of a susscessful learning organisation.
