During the course I have learned that there is a role that everyone can play toward building inclusive schools. It takes more that the school environment and the teachers. 

The two  vital details that I will carry foward are as follows:

1. As a teacher I have a role to play in creating and inclusive school and that even though there could be challenges along the way such as negative attitudes from parents, other teachers, administrators and even management in some cases, every effort that I make will count and contribute towards change. 

2. I ahve learned how important it is for me to work with colleguesto develop schools and be accountable to one another.
