Activity 3.1. What is a learning organization?

What does it feel like to be part of a learning organization?

To me, to be part of a learning organization gives one a sense of belonging. I also get ideas on how to develop good classroom practices. Being part of a learning organization brings me great comfort/confidence since it involves collaboration among staff members, as we work towards a common vision while shearing our learning.

What might prevent schools from developing as a learning organization?
