Activity 3.3 being an inclusive teacher.

Consider how you might support teachers in developing the different types of knowledge
To support teachers in developing the different types of knowledge I would:  Involve them in short professional development training and ensure what was learned is implemented with levels of supervision/assistance.
 Have regular SBT to find out from teachers areas that are challenging to them and provide solutions. Example team teaching
 Regular examination of their records example observation, lesson plans etc.
