Inclusive Teaching and Learning and Embracing the community and all stakeholders in education s

I will take into my practice the participation of everyone in the school to get involved in teaching and learning. Understanding the learners and giving appropriate support would involve working with parents and the community. I need to build a school ethos and culture so that everyone can feel and experience inclusivity. School leadership should lead the way in creating an inclusive teaching and learning environment.

I have learnt that all aspects, physical, social, emotional, the curriculum and resources should all support inclusivity. Everyone must feel that they belong. Only then can inclusivity be part of the school ethos and culture.
