School Based Teacher Development

One Challenge - Teacher's attitude may be a challenge at times. If the topic is not understood or not enough time taken in the planning and preparation stage, it may be reflected in the outcome of the goals and objectives not being met.

One Opportunity - Teachers will be able to discuss and pool their ideas together bringing about more growth and expansion on the topic at hand.  This can help teachers in using different strategies to teach the lesson and observe children's response as well.
