Activity 4.4 Ebhotwe Primary School. School-based partnership


Examples of internal and external teams that are being offered are:

Internal: supervision, parents, members of the community

External: other schools that would assist in transition of students, after school activities and nutrition

2.The type of help that is available are: school social worker, OPT, support for persons with HIV and remedial teacher. These services assist children who are going through some level of bereavement, or family crisis.

I would convince local stake holders to make better links outside school by:

1.      Encouraging parents to assist with after school programs.

2.      Use members of the community who have various skills be it academic, culinary leadership, and athletic as resources personal.

3.      Form parent/teacher body group to assist with the pooling of resources for the school.
