An Inclusive Ethos and Culture

Two factors that I think are particularly effective in contributing to an inclusive ethos and culture are:

1. Role-modeling tolerance and acceptance of diversity

2. Having a growth-mindset as an institution, rather than a fixed-mindset, on what inclusion is and how it is to be implemented.
