I attended a workshop on Differentiated Instruction.

The core of differentiated instruction is a relationship between teachers and students that consists of the efforts of teachers to respond to variance among learners in the classroom. It taught me as a teacher to reach out to an individual student or small group and vary my teaching in order to create the best learning experience possible. I learnt how to tailor instruction to meet individual needs. It gave me a sense of fulfillment as each student felt a sense of belonging.
