Two factors that are very important when it comes in developing 'ethos' and 'culture' at school to embrace inclusion is positive attitude and reinforcement. I believe once a positive environment is established all who comes to that school will feel that positive vibes and will go with the flow. Positive attitudes do not see obstacles as barriers and complains they see them as opportunities and embrace them to move forward. The positivism will be contagious to all in that school and inclusiveness will be a norm. Reinforcement sometimes we need to be motivated o get the task done, we need some support.
