Based on my experiences as a teacher, one challenge I foresee is not all teachers are willing to do their part. We have those who are passionate and are bent on seeing progress and development for themselves and their students and then there are those who lack drive and commitment to the cause. So a team effort can sometimes be a challenge and bit discouraging, especially if you have to do your job and someone else’s as well.

I see extreme growth, efficiency and productivity if teachers collaborate and communicate when it comes to enhancing practices and student development. It also fosters cohesion amongst the staff when they work together to achieve a common purpose.
