3.7 - Resources for School-based CPD

One aspect of this material/resources that I like is its availability and versatility to cater for a range of learners. It will definitely support holistic development.

A challenge I foresee is the time and energy that will go into planning. However, if a teacher chooses to adopt this as part of her/his daily practice, they will become efficient in their planning.
