Policies for an Inclusive Ethos

The school that I am familiar with support teachers with inclusive ethos by conducting regular staff meetings. This is conducted with administrators, head teachers and other members of staff. All gather and share ideas and strategies on how teaching/learning can be tailored to support all learners.

Yes I concur with Tara that sharing useful ideas on T/L strategies is relevant . Also may I add that here in Kenya , many schools are currently inclined towards inclusivity and the best policy practiced by schools now is that of display of educative , vaue-laden and equalizing writings on placards which are usually strategically posted on trees, posts, even rocks  for all to read and practice .Writings like 'We are all equal' for example can bring drastic behaviour and attitude change in a school set up and make all learners feel they are one and the same.
