Policy and how it supports inclusive practice

A school that I know admit children with disabilities, there is support for teachers in providing trainings to prepare them with strategies and resources to help children with disabilities. For staff meetings there are discussions about the children with special needs for staff to be aware of them. There is a close communication with families and children. Progress is monitor and everyone tries to work together for the betterment of these students.
