One challenge that SBTD might present is challenges with certain topics, so they skip topics whenever they don't know what it is about or feel insecure in teaching it. One opportunity will be that now teachers work together as a staff and they contribute ideas and strategies on how to improve in the different area, they plan together to deliver the topic to better the education for all students. Therefore, now there are opportunities of working hand in hand with other colleagues, now they can support each other.
