Resources for School-based CPD

One aspect of these materials that I like is the auditing inclusive behaviour. I liked this idea because I will be checking on students' behaviour and also auditing myself as a teacher.

One aspect might present a challenge would be how to be fair when asking questions and being fair of which answers to take and how to behave and not ignoring answers from my students. Also another challenge linked to this one mentioned would be practicing the proper way to respond to students questions and answers.
