I would definitely be open to the local stakeholders by sharing to them the importance of including school management committee to make better links outside the school and any challenges that would be involved. I would share examples and needs that the school has for other organizations to support our school. A  school cannot do everything by itself, especially when it comes with working with children with special needs we need the support from other sources apart from the school. This movement takes more than a school to make things possible, it takes the school, all teachers and administrators in school, ministry of education, parents, the community, other organizations and many others to support the needs of children in a school. In school many resources are needed to meet the needs of all children and a school alone cannot get everything on its own, it needs many to make things work for the well being of our students. It is a teamwork working together to achieve the same goals!
