Leadership Characteristics.



At my school training is very important. As a rule, the term is ended with staff training workshops that deal with curriculum development, student support, and parent and staff mental health.

However, there is always room for improvement. Training is encouraged and planned but a fellow up to the effectiveness of the training is not assessed.
