Professional Development Experience

One professional development experience which helped to improve my practice was when I attended a STEM workshop. This helped me to develop new skills and teaching practices to further assist children. Also it allowed me to think critically on how I can now adjust my teaching methods to allow each component into one lesson to bring a more valuable contribution to holistic development.
