SBTD

One challenge that SBTD might present is difficult working conditions in which teachers works. This will include but not limited to overcrowded classrooms, lack of respect from community members and the lack of teaching/learning materials. However, with such challenge opportunities can arise which may include the professional growth of teachers through collaborative learning with other teachers.
