Policy makers can support changes like this by implementing these changes gradually into schools using the various tools. these teachers used resources made from their local materials to assist in teaching. In the school i work, teachers are required to make materials from recycled materials on a monthly basis to ass to the learning centers to add to the children learning. The contribution of the community was to help build a library so that children can learn to read. This is the benefit of strong partnerships created and policies implemented.
