The three points about wave 2 interventions are:

Access Community parent outreach, Improved dentification

Quality - Partnership with medical services and provision of support

Engagements/Ethos - Make physical environment more accessible, disable clubs

wave 2 Interventions are in place to support children in  order to access the mainstream teaching implemented in wave 1.
