One professional workshop i attended that was a game changer for me was"The Teaching of Reading in ECCE Centres" , This workshop was conducted by a reading expert , in  this worpshop attendees  were introduced to differnt strategies for early  reading that can be used at my level. 

 We were also placed in groups where we collaborated  to come up with  age appopriate  strategies to help children read,and materials such as, games, books ,and  charts  .

This workshop was fun , very interactive and hands on.
