Two Important Features of an Inclusive School

I believe that two important feature of an Inclusive school is when children attend classes that reflect the similarities and differences, they learn to appreciate diversity. In addition another important feature is aimed at helping all children learn, everyone in the class benefits. Children learn at their own pace and style within a nurturing learning environment. The school that I work in support both of this features we have about 4 special children and they all are placed together with the other children here they would learn about diversity and the strong ones can help the weak ones.
