At all my Centre/school collaboration is embedded in the mindset of the teachers. Teachers meet at every opportunity to bounce ideas off each other. They have planning meeting every Friday, but if a problem occurs, teachers are confident enough to go to the team for ideas.

Time might be the challenging factor. Yes, teachers know it is planning time, but the additional time added, they might not be able to accommodate because of personal commitment.

Therefore, this session must not be planned often, and it must be planned at the first planning meeting that teachers can schedule it in their diary as an upcoming event/ events; the topic must be also planned so that teachers could be best prepared.
