I would like to add full Government support, not only with policies but manpower and materials especially at ECCE level, as well as other professional  can offer their services to the ECCE Centres, whereby parents who  have little money can access them without paying/ at a lesser cost than  those who can pay.

In context to where I work. The information needed for monitoring an Inclusive classroom is, Professional Development for Teachers on cultural diversity and how to care for children with disabilities, setting up the classroom environment to cater to children with disabilities.  Also Educational programs for the community to eliminate discrimination against children with disabilities. 

There are some Policies in place to assist children with disabilities and some schools offer Inclusive Education, however further implementation needs to occur throughout the country to reach more children and families. 

The monitoring of Teachers and Staff on a continuous basis will give accountability, encourage teachers to develop themselves and development strategies to further assist should problem arise.
