I have learnt a lot from this course. I learnt the true meaning of inclusion and I know I will not only look at the children or teachers as a school but as individual with individual needs.

 Some of the ideas are already implemented in the school. What I will take away most of all is how meetings are conducted, this reminded me of the plan do review we do at Centre Based time with children. I love how one can plan, implement the plan, and do your observation and reflection on the plan, one can go back to the team with findings and sit with the team to either add to it or make any changes if needed.
