Leadership Characteristics

Leadership plays a vital role in the functioning of the school by working together to ensure the standards of the school is continuously improving.

At the school where I currently work, all members of staff engage in Professional Development during the school term and at the end of each school term. Weekly meetings are held to discuss any issues which may affect students or Teachers and to plan age appropriate activities for the children.
