Collusion

Collusion in the context of supporting clients is when we agree with a client to the detriment of another, usually the other party.

This might be commenting on the positive merits of an argument or agreeing with their view that the other party has constructed allegations of abuse in order to get Legal Aid.

Sometimes perpetrators will try and encourage you to agree with them either subtly or overtly.
