TPACK is essential when talking about Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL), as it incorporates the growing demand on the use of technology in classrooms and trainings as well as continuing the focus on the content and how to teach it. The focus of the model is to understand the nature of knowledge needed by a teacher and trainer for effective pedagogical practice in a technology enhanced learning environment.
