There are four topics covering the essentials of engaging with people. Each topic includes a number of tasks. You will be introduced to the topic and will be taken to a number of website pages where, for example, you will watch videos, read scientific articles, and see summaries of the resources. There is also a Debating Forum, which will present a controversial or thought-provoking idea and will be complemented by a research paper or report, for you to consider.

You will be encouraged to record your reflections on what you have learned in the form of a quiz and save this as a record of your CPD (Continuing Professional Development) learning on completion of each topic. Once you have got to grips with the topic content you are ready for your study group, which you will have prepared.
