Well done for getting to the final week of the course.

This week includes more about how we taste food, the psychology of eating and how this can affect what you eat. Finally, you will have an opportunity to put everything you have learned into practice for your own dietary approaches, by keeping a one-day food diary.

By the end of this week’s study you will be able to understand:

  • what is involved in tasting food
  • hunger and satiety
  • what can affect eating behaviour
  • eating disorders
  • your own eating pattern and whether you will change it.
