Welcome to the New Futures programme, supporting women to switch careers into tech by motivating, inspiring and providing full career support alongside technical training.
Chwarae Teg are working with FinTech Wales and in partnership with The Open University to address the under-representation of women specifically in tech and digital roles across the FinTech sector.
Fully funded (yes, free!) technical courses delivered with the expert wrap around career development programme from Chwarae Teg for women wanting to move into the tech industry. The New Futures programme is funded by the Learning and Work Institute and the Covid-19 Support Fund.
You will receive career development support including career coaching and online workshops, funded technical training and opportunities to network and meet potential employers.

The courses available to you below have been carefully selected to address the skills needed by employers in the tech industry. Please chose the relevant courses to your interests and discuss your thoughts on your career pathway with your Career Development Partner at Chwarae Teg.
