As asked by the program BBC Bankers Have you been ripped off by your bank? YES
RBS NATWEST at the AGM yesterday had 3 successful businessmen tell of how RBSNatwest bankers had specifically ripped them off, some lying directly in court then being found out, lying on documents, they had each endured between 5 and 9 years of litigation to rectify.
Clearly RBS Natwest Special situations, West Register and GRG Global Restructuring group are practicing a systematic abuse of trust, likely highly **********, dishonest, unethical and its so lucrative that the few individuals are untouchable by anyone because of the massive short term profits to management. So they risking a massive National scandal and greater losses and laugh at how they crush strong entrepreneurs who havenot the money or physical health left. The Chairman Hampton was asked last year to investigate and admitted he would look again - ie he has deliberately ignored fixing the scandal. Wilful incompetance.
RBS Special situation ripped off the Torex PLC firm I worked at, pocketing in a secret deal with advisers, fellow thieves I reckon £150-200 million of PLC shareholders money, plus wiping out unsecured creditors whilst portraying themselves RBS Natwest as "helping" by providing additional loans whilst actually making sure that the rope and legal noose is secure and tight over the original owners neck as executioner about to stab the victim in the back and pretend it was an unfortunate accident.
Ripped of the Govts taxes too locally in Croydon at the airport another big business. Oriel student homes looks like another.
A betrayal of trust, of our money, the country and decent values a disgrace
