Introduction

Welcome to Week 4. By the end of this week, you should be able to:

• Name fruits, vegetables and other food.
• Describe taste using words ‘sweet’, ‘sour’, ‘bitter’, ‘salty’ and temperature using words ‘cold’, ‘cool’, ‘warm’, ‘hot’.
• Say ‘I want’, ‘you want’.
• Wish someone ‘bon appétit’.
• Use gender endings of adjectives.
• Learn about Ukraine’s history.
• Learn about Ukrainian cuisine.
• Continue learning the alphabet.
