5.4 Comparing experimental probability with theoretical probability

As sample size increases, experimental probability gets closer to theoretical probability.

In the horse race example, this means that if the pair of dice are rolled 1000 times, the relative frequency will be much closer to the theoretical probability than if the dice were only rolled 10 or 100 times.
