4 Case study: international terrorism

The second case study of this course is focused on international terrorism. In a similar way to the previous section, by reading about the case of international terrorism, you will gain a basic understanding of the main actors involved and the key issues addressed. This will introduce you to the process of ‘doing’ International Relations analysis by exploring who some of the most significant actors are, what the main issues these actors must address are, and what debates arise from their interactions.
