One of my clients has mnd, the client has deteriorated from when we first met. It has had a tremendous affect on the clients parents and partner, to see their loved one lose more functions and harder to understand. The client has a computer to help in the aid of speaking currently. As a carer I am using blinks and body language to assist in the clients needs. Lately the client has become more emotional I feel due to frustration. I would love to here any suggestions how to better assist and deliver the care the client need on a social level.
