Items that have an empty circle next to them in the expanded contact list need to have a 'tick' in them to be complete - some of these need you to click the circle manually,  just view the page, some contribute to a discussion board, others complete a quiz successfully.

Check every section and page to see if the ticks are there - we promise the badges do work correctly!
