The Day the World Changed

A diagnosis of MND is, I believe, something that would be unbelievable. Despite symptoms, most people would be able to justify why these are happening,, surely they (medical professionals) have it wrong. 

The feeling of disbelief as words like prognosis, life expectancy etc are discussed. I think it would like hearing someone speaking through cottonwool. I can see the mouth moving and sympathising look but am unable to comprehend what is being said.
