Comprehensive Session Evaluation: A Multi-Dimensional Framework

To effectively evaluate a session, especially one focused on sustainability literacy, a multi-faceted approach is crucial. Utilize the "Four Rs of Effective Evaluation" (Relevant, Reliable, Recognizable, Realistic) to ensure the evaluation process itself is sound. For participant reflection, employ the "4Rs Reflection Model" (Reporting, Responding, Relating, Reasoning) to encourage deeper learning and connection to existing knowledge. Additionally, ask key questions like "What worked well?" and "What could be improved?" to gather direct feedback. To assess sustainability literacy development, tailor questions to the "eight dimensions" (futures, values, systems, strategic thinking), evaluating participants' ability to apply these concepts. This comprehensive approach ensures thorough assessment and continuous improvement.
