Knowing what the outcome us

If I were to ever be told i had MND i would feel like my world had just ended. MND has to be the terrifying disease to live with being able to think and not move, not being able to communicate my wants and wishes. I would want to ACP as soon diagnosis and i would also voice save to allow my identity to remain.
