At Pakistan Single Window (PSW), I serve as Manager HR – People Services, where I lead projects that transform employee experience through HRMS/HCM implementation, dashboards, process automation, and policy governance.

My work spans across:

• Employee Lifecycle Management – from onboarding and orientation to exit interviews and final settlement.

• HR Analytics & Dashboards – building BI tools that provide insights on headcount, turnover, salary parity, and workforce planning.

• Policy & Compliance – drafting SOPs, SLAs, and HR frameworks aligned with local regulations and international best practices.

• Employee Engagement & DEI – designing initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, fairness, and collaboration.
