I have extensive experience in applying Big Data concepts within HR and People Services. My work involves collecting, organizing, and analyzing large volumes of employee and organizational data to support strategic decision-making. I manage comprehensive employee master sheets and design BI dashboards that bring together data on headcount, turnover, salary parity, workforce planning, and employee lifecycle.
