How might it feel to receive a diagnosis of mnd

Being diagnosed of MND can make someone feel sad and very upset. It can be devastating to lose the ability to communicate , swallow, breathing . It is frustrating when your body is limited to do what you can even though your mind is still clear.

One may experience angry of what’s happening and be scared of what would happen in the future. Requesting for help every now and then can make one feel helpless, frustrated and tired.

There would be a sense of loneliness even when people are around you. Some days maybe filled with hope  but it’s mixed with sadness, fear, and exhaustion.
