A Wave of Shock and Profound Grief

 I imagine that receiving an MND diagnosis would feel entirely surreal…I think the overwhelming feeling would be a mix of intense fear of the future and profound grief for the loss of personal autonomy. Knowing that your physical capabilities will gradually decline
