Inclusive ethos

From my experience working at a Teacher raining college in Malawi, some actions contributed a lot to the inclusiveness of the TTCs. these included:

1. CPDs for staff: departments and committees identified needs in the classrooms and then agreed on what could be the ways to address these specific or common problems. in the end, most students were assisted to  achieve their potentials

2. frequent formal and informal meetings that took place during break times that were 30 minutes long where staff gave each other updates on critical issues

3. engaging students in monthly meetings and in some cases on need ensured the students expressed their achievements and struggles in classrooms and thereby finding common solutions
